Parkview conceived, designed, developed and owns THE OUT HOTEL, a resort complex on 42nd st (, purchased & manages Fire Island Pines (, a 12 business commercial district, developed "THE 505" (, a Hell's Kitchen condo complex with 108 contemporary residences, owned & operated "The Carnegie Hotel" (, an all suite hotel on 58th St., steps from Columbus Circle/Central Park and completely rehabilitated & then converted 230 Central Park South from a traditional Coop to a true "Condop" and owns, combined and/or gut rehabilitated over 35 apartments throughout the building.

Other projects have included land assemblage for new development (new 5th Avenue hotel planned for 31st), combining & gut rehabilitating residential apartments throughout NYC and other construction included the creation & development of 119 "Watch World International" stores throughout the USA that was sold to SunglassHut International in 2000.
