Parkview developed "THE 505" (, a Hell's Kitchen condo complex with 108 contemporary residences; owned and operated "The Carnegie Hotel" (, an all suite hotel on 58th St., steps from Columbus Circle and Central Park; converted 230 Central Park South from a traditional Coop to a true Condop and has owned and gut rehabilitated many of the homes throughout the building; and is currently developing the city's and world's first "Straightfriendly" Urban Resort on West 42nd Street off Times Square and in the in the heart of Hell's Kitchen.

Other projects have included land assemblage for new development, combining & gut rehabilitating residential apartments and other construction including the creation & development of 119 "Watch World International" stores throughout the United States.
